Shipping Policy
Processing Time
In-stock orders ship within 24 hours of order placement (business days). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Parts not in stock must be ordered from the manufacturer, typically adding 2-3 business days. Some manufacturer orders may take up to 5-6 business days.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship via the following carriers:
- UPS
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Expedited shipping options are available at additional cost.
Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent once your order ships. You can also check your order status at any time by logging into your account on our website.
Delivery Signature
Orders over $400 in value may require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

- Take photos of any damage to the packaging and product
- Do not discard the packaging until the claim is resolved
- We will work with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue
For damaged shipments, we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund once the carrier claim is processed.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to international addresses, APO/FPO boxes, or freight forwarding addresses at this time.
