Return Window

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt of your order.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at (954) 443-2575 or [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Provide your order number, part number, and reason for return
  • Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions (typically within 1-2 business days)
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging with a copy of your invoice
  • Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
  • Ship the package to the return address provided

Return Conditions

  • Parts must be in original, unopened packaging and in resaleable condition
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned parts
  • Electrical parts are non-returnable
  • Used, installed, or tested parts will not be accepted
  • Special order items may not be eligible for return
  • Parts must be returned within 14 days of receiving your RMA number

Return Shipping

For standard returns (non-defective items), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Defective or Damaged Parts

If you receive a defective or damaged part:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage to the part and packaging
  • We will provide a prepaid return label
  • A replacement will be shipped or a full refund issued at no additional cost

For defective or incorrectly shipped items, please contact us and we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Warranty Claims

All genuine OEM parts sold through our website are covered under the manufacturer's original equipment warranty. If you believe a part is defective under warranty:

  • Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue
  • We will work with the manufacturer to process your warranty claim
  • Warranty replacements are shipped at no cost once the claim is approved

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • The 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled at no charge before they ship. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or (954) 443-2575.

  • Special order items that have been ordered from the manufacturer may be subject to a 15% cancellation fee
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned per our return policy
